Our Story
I'm Justin. A few months ago I bought True Clean ProWash from Aaron Fusner — Army vet, OSU grad, the guy who started this in 2019 with a ladder and a promise to do the work right. Here's why I bought it: I know what it feels like to stare at a job that's too big for the calendar. When my family moved back to the States, I hired pros to handle the move. Why We're Not For Everyone
We are a premium service provider. We pay our staff well above average wages. We use commercial-grade equipment that costs 5x more than what most companies use. We carry $2M in liability insurance. We background-check every technician. And we guarantee our work.
This means we are not the cheapest option. Not even close. If price is your only consideration, we're probably not the right fit. But if you want the job done right, done safely, and done in a way that actually lasts, you've found your company.

The Roof-Safe Lock
We clean your roof the way your shingle manufacturer actually recommends.
Every roof wash is a true soft wash — low pressure, the right solution, zero shingle damage. It's the method endorsed by the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association, which means your shingle warranty is intact when we leave.
The 30-Day Re-Check Lock
If a streak or spot comes back inside 30 days, we come back for free.
A month after we wash your roof or home, we swing back through to confirm every streak and spot is gone. Anything lingering, we re-treat on the spot. No invoice, no rescheduling, no chasing us down.
The 100% Satisfaction Lock
If you're not happy with the wash, we're not finished. Simple as that.
We walk the property with you before we pack up the truck. If it's not what you paid for, we stay until it is — or we come back. We don't close an invoice until you say the job is done.
